This Shipping Policy explains how PokeLoot Cards processes and ships orders.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping rates

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking & insurance

All orders are shipped with tracked and insured delivery. You can follow your parcel using the tracking link provided in your dispatch email.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact info@pokelootcards.co within 14 days of the dispatch date and we will resolve the issue.
